IT Service and Support Programs
Our IT Support programs are tailored to individual needs,
while maintaining a set of industry standards that benefits
all our clients.
For "traditional" IT support, an initial evaluation
and stabilization project is recommended at the beginning
of a service program in order to establish a reference point
for maintenance and to reduce overall (long-term) costs.
Once evaluated, a set of standards and performance expectations
will be drawn. Netrique will recommend any changes to existing
computing infrastructure and generate a maintenance plan.
A maintenance plan will center on proactive maintenance
and may include scheduled visits for non-critical repairs.
Emergency visits and critical repairs will be evaluated
with a focus on prevention. Maintenance options can be selected
based on operational requirements, complexity of systems,
and depth of install base.
Evaluation
We'll begin by recommending an inventory and evaluation
of all applicable computer equipment. A report will be generated
for all workstations and servers listing hardware, software,
and other operational and network information.
Stabilization
As part of the initial project, Netrique may recommend the
upgrade or replacement of substandard equipment, repair
of improperly operating equipment, or network performance
optimization.
Standardization
Though it is important to customize IT where it may gain
a competitive advantage to our customers, standardization
will help reduce the cost of your IT investment. Our engineers
will work to industry standards and best practices as closely
as possible.
Security
Protecting your information is as important to Netrique
as it is to you. We will maintain levels of security as
requested by you, the client and recommend enhancements
based on known threat levels and in areas we may find to
have week security.
Administration
Computing infrastructure documentation is a vital part of
any successful business. Netrique is well aware of this
and places documentation as a requirement for ongoing service.
A Site-Book is generated and maintained for every customer
under service contract. This Site-Book contains vital information
about the client's network and is a time saver during repairs
and maintenance visits. Moves Adds and Changes (MAC), security,
software updates, and performance monitoring are also part
of administration. These tasks will be performed on an on-going
basis regardless of break-fix issues that are generally
regarded as maintenance. Whenever possible, Netrique will
retain the ability to remote administer the site. This is
a cost effective method of greatly improving response time
and monitoring system integrity.
Maintenance
Netrique will perform all tasks as outlined in the Systems
Maintenance Program and provide IT Support documentation,
which will contain all information related to the technical
aspects of your network and computing equipment. Maintenance
is that which maintains the current working environment.
