Equipment Repair
Our engineers will choose the most timely and cost effective
repair solution available to the customer while adhering
to all guidelines set by individual manufacturers for
warranty compliance. This may include on-site repair and/or
coordination and transportation to and from respective
factory authorized repair centers. Repairs are managed
in the following:

repairs, labor, and parts by equipment ID or serial number.

Maintain
service history on equipment repairs

Track warranties
of equipment either monitored or purchased through Netrique

Create images
of known equipment to expedite repair process.

Remote Support
In order to respond quickly to our customers, our support
engineers are equipped with remote support tools to connect
to our users and assist them quickly.
Single Point of Contact
As your IT support team, Netrique is your single point
of contact for all your IT needs. We'll work with services
and providers not delivered by Netrique, including software
vendors, Internet service providers, and more.
