System Maintenance Program
Netrique, in keeping with a Customer-Designed service model, offers customers maintenance programs with a flexible set of service options to fit specific required service levels and/or business needs.
Preventative Maintenance
Automation is the key to reducing costs, though oversight by our qualified engineers ensures that you will stay ahead of most problems.
  • Systems monitoring for performance and alerts as problems arise
  • Evaluate server performance and security
  • Evaluate network performance and security
  • Keep systems updated with security and software patches as they become available
  • Check for Virus and Spam protections level
  • Evaluate quality and frequency of data backups
  • Update disaster recovery information
  • Inform customer of any problems or upgrades required or available
  • Remote maintenance - to reduce response time and cost to the customer
Administration
  • Maintain inventories on servers, desktop computers, and networking equipment and software
  • Provide performance reports derived from preventative maintenance
  • Moves, Adds, Changes (MAC) of user accounts, computers, printers, etc.
  • Remote administration - to reduce costs to the customer
Equipment Repair
Our engineers will choose the most timely and cost effective repair solution available to the customer while adhering to all guidelines set by individual manufacturers for warranty compliance. This may include on-site repair and/or coordination and transportation to and from respective factory authorized repair centers. Repairs are managed in the following:
  • Track all repairs, labor, and parts by equipment ID or serial number.
  • Maintain service history on equipment repairs
  • Track warranties of equipment either monitored or purchased through Netrique
  • Create images of known equipment to expedite repair process.
  • Remote support - to reduce response time
    vendors, Internet service providers, and more.
Remote Support
In order to respond quickly to our customers, our support engineers are equipped with remote support tools to connect to our users and assist them quickly.
Single Point of Contact
As your IT support team, Netrique is your single point of contact for all your IT needs. We'll work with services and providers not delivered by Netrique, including software vendors, Internet service providers, and more.
