Qualifications & Skills:

  • Good understanding of network architecture, including routers and firewalls, and proven network troubleshooting skills
  • Microsoft desktop and server systems: Windows 7/8/10, Office 2010/2013/2016, Microsoft Server 2008r2/2012/2016
  • Knowledge supporting Mac OSX
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to adapt and learn through progressive IT environments
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to a non-technical customers
  • A strong sense of ownership, as well as a disciplined approach to quality
